These terms govern use of the Our Digital Family website, Checkup, digital guides, and personalized Playbooks.

Educational service

Our Digital Family provides general educational information and practical digital-safety guidance. It is not a managed security service, monitoring service, legal service, financial service, law-enforcement service, or guarantee that a security incident, scam, loss, or other harm will not occur.

Your use

You agree to use the service lawfully and not interfere with, reverse engineer, abuse, automate against, or attempt unauthorized access to the website, fulfillment systems, downloads, or other users' purchases.

Digital products

Purchased Playbooks and guides are licensed for personal, household use. You may save and print them for your household, but may not resell, publish, distribute, or commercially reproduce them without permission.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and product descriptions shown at checkout apply to the transaction. Taxes may be collected where required.

No warranty

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that all content will be error-free, complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for every family or situation.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Our Digital Family is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of educational content or from third-party scams, attacks, services, products, or conduct.

We may update the service and these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
