Our Digital Family is designed to collect only the information needed to provide the Checkup, process a purchase, and deliver a personalized Playbook.

Information we process

The Checkup processes your answers and resulting Readiness Score and priorities. When you choose to purchase a Playbook, a purchase identifier, your score and priority information are stored so the Playbook can be generated and delivered. Payment information is handled by Stripe; Our Digital Family does not receive or store your full card number.

How information is used

We use this information to operate the Checkup, generate purchased Playbooks, provide secure downloads, troubleshoot service issues, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Service providers

We use service providers including Amazon Web Services for hosting and fulfillment and Stripe for payment processing. Those providers process information under their own privacy and security practices.

Retention and security

We use reasonable technical safeguards, including private storage and temporary signed download links. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Purchase and operational records may be retained for business, support, fraud-prevention, tax, and legal purposes.

Children

The service is intended for adults managing family digital safety. It is not designed to collect personal information directly from children.
